CONVEYANCES

In law, conveyancing is the transfer of legal title of real property from one person to another. A typical conveyancing transaction has two major phases: the exchange of contracts and completion.

If you own a plot, niche, crypt, mausoleum or private estate

PLEASE DON'T spend money on third parties or brokers.

 

We assist you with complimentary services to complete a conveyance (outside of the conveyance/legal fees) and will further assist in all next steps and overview in preplanning.

AFTER CARE SERVICES

Our After Care Programs provides our on-going commitment to the well-being and support of our families we serve as well as their loved ones and extended Ohana.

PARK TOUR

BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

Plan on 20 minutes for the personalized tour and additional 20-30 minutes to tour the Byodo In Temple.

 

No additional charges at entrance if I accompany you on the property.

​

Please let us know ahead of time if you wish to tour both the main Park and our Byodo In.

Jocelyn presents the necessary information in a warm, positive, well-organized manner.
